SECTION 17 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DISCLOSURE
As a dropshipping provider, products are shipped directly from global suppliers. You acknowledge that
shipping times typically range from 7 to 21 business days. BigMarshall Store is not liable for delays
caused by customs, maritime issues, or carrier strikes.
SECTION 18 - CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION (CRITICAL)
By placing an order on this website, you explicitly agree to waive the right to file a dispute or
chargeback with your bank without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team. Filing a
dispute for an order that is documented as 'In Transit' or has been 'Delivered' according to the carrier's
tracking service is considered a fraudulent transaction. We reserve the right to submit these Terms of
Service, along with your IP address, order history, and tracking logs, as evidence to your financial
institution. Any fraudulent chargeback attempts may lead to the permanent blacklisting of the
customer from our store and reporting to fraud prevention databases.
