Refund & Return Policy - BigMarshall Store

1. Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes (Important)
By purchasing from BigMarshall Store, you agree to contact us before
initiating a chargeback. filing a dispute for a package that has been
shipped and is currently in transit, or has been marked as "Delivered" by
the carrier, is a violation of our Terms of Service. Such actions are
considered "Friendly Fraud."
We will provide all relevant evidence (tracking numbers and proof of
delivery) to the bank to contest any such disputes.
